Online Sales Return Policy 

Legends Diecast & Collectibles takes special care in packing your order, but some orders may shift in transit and may cause parts to become loose or fall off. In most cases, parts can be easily snapped or glued onto the model with ease. In addition, most scratches and small blemishes can be easily removed from a model with automotive wax. However, some models may be received defective beyond repair, and we will be more than happy to replace the model for you.

Legends Diecast & Collectibles has no control over manufacturer imperfections that are common with factory produced models. Legends Diecast & Collectibles may not be held responsible for return shipping costs. We will however, replace any defective merchandise within 7 days and the replacement will be shipped at our cost.

If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the item for a credit card refund less a 15% return fee. 

Please review our return guidelines:

• All returns must be received within 7 days of purchase. Please notify us of your intent to return an item.
• All returns must be insured and prepaid by the carrier of your choice.
• All returns must be received in all original packaging and with a copy of the invoice.
• All returns must be unopened. Opened items cannot be returned.
  
• All returns will be subject to a 15% return fee. 
• All defective items may only be exchanged for the IDENTICAL item only.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable

• Please refuse any physically damaged boxes from UPS and notify us immediately for replacement.
